Please fill in the Travel Booking Form completely and fax to 720.473.6621, and verify receipt with your broker to discuss your plans. Travel requests may be called in at an additional fee of $10 cash. All information on the form must be filled out, incomplete requests may not be honored.

A current credit card is required by hotels/resorts to guarantee a reservation even though rooms are being paid with trade dollars. Special requests (i.e.: Smoking/Non-smoking, room location, bed type, etc.) will be forwarded on your behalf. However, hotels do not guarantee specific room types.

We have not personally visited all of the hotels and resorts offered on barter. Therefore we can’t guarantee the quality or condition of any property. Discounted and Internet rates are generally not available for trade reservations and published rates are subject to change.

Do not contact the hotels directly to make reservations. Our reservations are made with management and are confirmed at their discretion. Reservations made directly with any property will be treated as cash bookings and your trade will not be honored. If you do check availability with a property, it does not mean that rooms are available on trade.

Please be sure of your travel dates before submitting your request. In the event of an emergency, please contact us. If we are able to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, a $25 cash fee will be charged.

Due to inaccessibility of our booking contacts, requests received on the same day of the desired travel date may be declined. Once confirmed, travel reservations are considered as non-cancelable.

Flexibility is the key! Please remember we are not Travel Agents. Blackout periods may apply during some seasons and holiday periods.

In addition to your usual account transaction fees, there is a $10 to $25 cash booking fee charged on each confirmed reservation. Please remember member fees must be current for us to process your request. .
