Trade Broker – Denver Office

This position is the perfect fit for an ambitious and hardworking individual with more than two years of sales and customer relations experience. The position involves both outside and inside B2B sales. You are responsible for working with our clients to market their businesses and to fulfill their requests in spending their CBS credits.

He or she:

  • Researches and assesses prospective businesses that might qualify for membership in the exchange. 
  •  Acquires new memberships from qualifying companies and educates new members how to take advantage of the network to increase their sales and defray their cash costs
  • Manage and stimulate trading activity between CBS members
  • Put members who should be doing business together in touch and make them aware of both sales opportunities and products and services available within the exchange.
  • Act as a business consultant who provides barter-based solutions for our clients and helps them to spend their CBS credits within their barter plan.
  • Must be able to play nicely with the other CBS team members. The Trade Broker position gives the right entrepreneurial talent an opportunity to build his or her book of business, with an ever-increasing earning potential.

Mandatory Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years experience working in sales with a proven track record. Business-to-business sales preferred. Experience using Sales Genie, Microsoft Office programs, email, phone and social media. Positive “can do” attitude. Must be able to play nicely with the other CBS team members.

Position Summary:

Sales Executives recruit high-quality businesses to the CBS network.

  • Research and assess prospective businesses to identify those businesses that are appropriate for membership into the network.
  • Generate business by cold calling over the phone and in person, personal prospecting using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and quick follow up with marketing generated leads.
  • Set appointments and meet with company decision makers in person or over the phone, and subsequently enroll them as new members.
  • Attend social networking events.
  • Integrate new members into the network. Meet or exceed aggressive targeted call volumes, meeting and monthly sales quotas.

Advertising/Marketing Assistant

This entry level position requires the desire to learn all aspects of integrated marketing including:

·Media placement and scheduling

·Integrated marketing plans over multiple mediums

·Ability to work with multiple advertising sources and multi-task within a clients media plan

·Basic layout & design of ads, flyers, collateral materials and web based advertising

·Ability to take a project from conception to completion
