2. One-on-one trading is done daily between businesses. The problem with one-on-one trading is that each business owner must need exactly what the other has to offer. With CBS, everyone trades with everyone, even if they do not want to take back directly what the other person has to offer. Trade dollars are credited to your CBS trade account in the barter exchange, which can then be spent on any item or service desired from within the network.

4. CBS also belongs to the two international associations that set the ethical standards for the barter industry:

5. CBS offers state of the art, 24/7 on-line trading, as well as our signature concierge service via phone or f ax Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.
6. CBS sends weekly broadcast emails to all CBS members who have an email address. The purpose of the broadcast emails is to promote CBS members who want more barter business. CBS also promotes travel, real estate, & hard goods being offered to CBS members by other barter exchanges. Each CBS member is entitled to at least two free listing per year.
7. CBS prints a monthly new member list, which is enclosed with monthly statements. This ensures that members know about new products and services in a timely fashion.
8. CBS prints and mails a membership directory, every 12-18 months. All CBS members are entitled to at least one free directory listing.
9. CBS has at least one or two yearly Networking Events and a Holiday Fair each fall.
10. CBS does NOT charge an annual renewal fee. We prefer to earn our money by helping you spend your earned barter on the products and services that you need.
